"Riverside" is a reference to the Cuyahoga River as I wanted the company name to have a connection to Northeast Ohio. The name is also fitting because my family likes to bike & hike along the Cuyahoga, so we're often "riverside" on the weekends. My clients appreciate the direct accountability, refined process, unique approach, fast results, top tier candidates, and coaching which prevents candidate loss to counteroffers.
