Riverso Associates, Inc. (RAI) was founded by Vincent G. Riverso in 1987. RAI is an organization of Construction, Scheduling, Engineering, and Architectural professionals providing Owner’s Representative Services, Construction Management, CPM Scheduling and Cost Controls, Preconstruction Services, Construction Dispute Services, Litigation Support, Auditing, and Integrity Monitoring. Administrative and technical services are located in our main office in Scarsdale, NY. A major strength of the company is in its diversity – our services combine Architectural and Engineering skills with present day management techniques, providing disciplined solutions to the problems of programming, planning, organization, budgeting, and control. These services are provided by a multi-disciplined staff, including Engineers, Architects, Construction Managers, Construction Accountants, Schedulers, CAD Draftsmen, and other specialists and support staff. RAI’s clients have come from many sectors of industry – from government agencies, contractors, and insurance companies to educational, health care, and financial institutions, investment firms, and manufacturers. RAI has an established track record in all disciplines of construction – residential, commercial, sports/entertainment, heavy civil, transportation/rail, and industrial. Our repeat commissions and enduring business relationships provide an affirmation of successful service to these clients. RAI’s staff has performed services on more than 1,000 projects, encompassing over $10 billion worth of construction for our clients.
