Health, Education, Leadership and Protection – HELP is what we do. From medical, dental and behavioral healthcare; home care and hospice; public health services like immunizations, WIC, health promotion and restaurant inspections; and educating the next generation of health professionals, our expertise spans all ages and stages of life. Our large public health program offers WIC services, environmental health, school nursing, and the Ryan-White program. Hospice and Home Care programs also serve the greater Yellowstone County community. Our Teaching Health Center delivers evidence based compassionate care to a diverse population, in our innovative NCQA recognized Patient Centered Medical Home health center. Physicians and mid levels can choose practice options including homeless shelter clinics, rural FQHC clinics, long term care facilities and hospital care.
