RivingtonHark is at the forefront of creating & curating sustainable urban places. It’s all we focus on. We achieve this by combining the core skills of asset, development, and investment management, and we have been going for 25 years. We are working on over £1bn of projects on behalf of both the public sector, for global pension funds and global capital providers, co-investing alongside them where applicable. Our skills and experience are also provided on a selective basis to local authorities and banks seeking strategic help on their assets within city or town centres. We recognise that every location is unique; our solutions are tailored to the needs of all stakeholders, achieved through extensive consultation. A key test of this is that in our 25 year history we have never failed to secure the appropriate planning required. As a business we are currently involved in: • £200m of construction on mixed use projects ranging from arenas, residential, offices, leisure, food and beverage, market halls, parks, and car parks • £300m of development projects in the planning process • Asset managing over 1,000 tenancies across the full range of mixed use including residential • Launching the UK’s first ESG focused fund - targeting long term investment in retail and leisure • Over £330m of transactions in 2021/22
