With that premise in mind, RIVTAC is doing everything it can to help identify and produce opportunities for military veterans. The RIVTAC mission is simple. Synergize the talent and skill sets of the job seeker with client opportunities. This provides the highest quality service possible to both parties, for staffing services and subcontracted client needs. We provide this service in two ways: By hosting the largest vetted database for SOF and infantry type personnel looking for employment in the industry. The database is utilized to create opportunities for RIVTAC verified members with our clients staffing requirements. RIVTAC awarded subcontracts for opportunities with the military and private companies, where hiring is done exclusively from the verified database unless sourcing is not possible based on the clients statement of work.
