RKM is a fully independent global creative partnerships company focusing on talent and brand partnerships within music, sport and entertainment, founded by Kate Young. The DNA of the agency was born from being housed in The Gin Factory Studios, Farringdon – an 8000 sq ft commercial recording studio complex built and owned by Kate Young which she later sold to Sony Music Entertainment in 2019 due to the expansion of the brand partnerships team.
