RLH Developments Limited was established in 1980 and has grown into a successful and trusted contractor, working for local authorities, housing associations, surveyors, landlords, estate agents, building contractors and private clients across the south east. Based in Croydon, we provide timber and damp proofing treatments and restoration across central and south London and working throughout Surrey, Sussex and Kent. We are a small family run business with a commitment to excellence in everything we do and pride ourselves on excellent working relationships with our clients and in particular, we understand and consider the needs and concerns of householders - whether we are working directly for them or for landlords or housing associations - while undertaking disruptive and difficult work in their homes. We are always sensitive to the fact that we are working in people's homes and work carefully to minimise disruption while building works are going ahead. We work hard to make sure that our clients are very happy with the quality of the training and development of our staff and that all of our operatives are trained to the absolutely highest standards.
