RMC Constructors was founded by Cal Roberts as a Design-Build Corporation in 1983. The primary emphasis was on commercial, retail, industrial, and public sectors of design and construction, and has not changed to this day. Over the past 35 years RMC Constructors has continued to grow with our clients to serve them throughout the Pacific West and Southwestern Regions of the United States. An indication of our corporate growth and client satisfaction is that 80% of our projects are negotiated with repeat business from Fortune 500 commercial and retail companies. RMC Constructors provides comprehensive construction services by assembling the most qualified and talented professionals in the industry. This professional team will manage, construct, and maintain the project through the entire Pre-construction, Construction and Close Out process. RMC Constructors’ professional team accomplishes this by preserving a very close working relationship with client, architect / engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the program. Essentially, our clients work with one company and one team to meet ALL their needs. RMC Constructors has primary licensing in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, and Washington. We also have ICC certification for commercial, retail, and industrial projects in all 50 states. We are WBE Certified with the California Public Utilities Commission and have both DBIA and LEED AP's certified on staff.
