About RME Consulting
Dr Alex Rawlins established the company RME (Rawlins Mining Engineers) in 2004, providing the underground mining and industrial work environment with exceptional technical and practical expertise in the specialized field of Ventilation and Refrigeration planning and design. We design new mines and compliment changes that enable our clients to optimize and reduce energy consuming applications and systems furthermore keeping safety & Health of people in the forefront. Mining & Industrial ventilation and cooling systems are planned, simulated, and designed using state of the art technology and research and apply the appropriate technical capabilities for projects. We continue to work with you and your team every step of the way from initial design to implementation of a project and beyond. We furthermore provide ventilation and refrigeration training (1, 2, 3, and 4 day training courses are available; either on-site for mine employees or as required) to ensure the people on the mines are equipped with the knowledge necessary for every day operation of the mine ventilation systems. With locations in Canada, USA, and South Africa, we provide these specialized services to all clients on a global basis.
