We have bonding, mechanical & electro-mechanical sub-assembly and part identification capability as well. Our 38,000 sq. ft. facility is located just outside of Baltimore, MD. In addition to our build-to-print services, RMI has an in-house engineering staff available to assist with product design & development. In addition to .pdf's, we accept electronic models including native Catia, SolidWorks and STEP files. RMI is registered under a dual quality certification AS9100-revC / ISO9001:2008 while all primary business & manufacturing functions are conducted through our ERP from Epicore. Additional services offered include KanBan, Dock to Stock, Managed inventory and Just in Time Deliveries. Our customer base includes Defense, Aerospace & Industrial companies listed in the Fortune 100 as well as companies in the medical, transportation, communication and instrumentation industries. Whether it's as simple as a washer or as complex as a power circuit assembly for an underwater vehicle, 10 pieces of this or 50,000 of that, RMI / Ray Machine is ready to discuss your project.
