With a dedicated team of professional roofers, we maintain an exceptionally low staff turnover, with most of our team having been with us for over five years. Our extensive experience encompasses repairing and replacing all types of roofs. Operational Capability Our business is structured into two divisions: Small Works and Major Works. Small Works We operate a fleet of 22-meter truck-mounted cherry pickers, strategically placed around the UK to provide true nationwide coverage. All our teams are directly employed, and we pride ourselves on not using subcontract labour within this division. Our helpdesk, based in Merseyside, utilizes a CAFM system developed over ten years. Our first-time fix rate is currently at 91%, thanks to our teams being experienced roofers who understand roofs and, most importantly, why they leak. Project Works Our project team handles contracts ranging from £30,000 up to £1 million, covering a broad spectrum of roofing types including flat, pitched, and metal roofing, among others. Training and Safety Our teams are highly trained in industry standards and roofing systems, with advanced Work at Height (WAH) qualifications. All operatives possess Asbestos Awareness training, with the majority certified for Category B asbestos removal where necessary. We prioritize safety through both internal and external safety advisory services. Our accreditations include ISO 9001, Constructionline, and SafeContractor. Client List We work with national hotel chains, retailer &, landlords across breadth of the UK.
