Anne Gowing, President of RN Law, Inc. is a Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience dealing with catastrophic injuries in ER/ICU environments, and she has worked as a field case manager in the Workers’ Compensation arena. Ms. Gowing has been completing Life Care Plans and Medical Cost projections since 2000. Ms. Gowing has written Medicare Set-asides Agreements from around the country since 2005, and has worked with CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) in the review and approval of Medicare Set-Aside Agreements. Incorporated in 2000, RN Law Inc., is an independently owned corporation that provides an assortment of services with a focus on assessing individuals with catastrophic injuries/illnesses to project future medical and non-medical needs and their associated costs. Consulting or expert witness services are provided to attorneys (either plaintiff or defense), insurance carriers, employers, healthcare providers, individuals, and families. Services include medical records reviews, medical cost projections, life care plans, life care plan reviews and critiques, Medicare Set-Aside Agreements, case management, and documentary/settlement videos.
