Dr. Lathon, who holds a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science, left behind a career as an award-winning engineer to teach others how to avoid and heal disease naturally. Dr. Lathon served as Nutrition Policy Manager and Lobbyist at the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine where she led a national initiative to improve child nutrition and prevent chronic disease through emphasis on plant-based options in the National School Lunch Program.
