About ROADS Foundation
We provide a full continuum of integrated medical, dental and behavioral health services to all ages and populations. Our community care clinic is the first Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in South Los Angeles. We are also offering telehealth appointments with a 24/7 live response line. Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation founded in 2006. The Foundation was initially formed to provide enhanced support and assistance through specialized programs for individuals dealing with the symptoms and consequences of severe and persistent mental illness. It is R.O.A.D.S. commitment to finding opportunities and funding services that will enhance the quality of life of these individuals. The R.O.A.D.S. Foundation opened R.O.A.D.S. Community Care Clinic (R.O.A.D.S.) in September, 2015. R.O.A.D.S. is located in Compton and offers comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to underserved patients throughout the South Los Angeles, Norwalk, Bellflower, and Long Beach communities. Importantly, it is the first Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in South Los Angeles to provide a full continuum of integrated medical, dental and behavioral health services to all ages and populations, markedly expanding its original mission to serve the chronically mentally ill.
