About Rob Lilwall

Rob Lilwall is a Singapore based, Asia based motivational keynote speaker. His expeditions on foot and by bicycle have taken him through some of the most extreme parts of the world. He has two television shows for National Geographic and has two books. His first big expedition, Cycling Home From Siberia, was a three-year, 50,000 km bicycle ride from Siberia to London, via Australia, Tibet and Afghanistan. His second, Walking Home From Mongolia, was a 5,000 km walk from Mongolia to Hong Kong. His latest and hardest expedition was a 71-day, walk through the notorious Taklamakan Desert in China. Despite all the challenges he has been through, Rob has learned the difference a good mindset can make. He has learned that our abilities are not fixed, and that we can grow and achieve much more than we thought was possible. He is a popular speaker at corporate conferences, where he tells stories of his adventures whilst weaving in powerful motivational takeaways, including how to face fear, embrace challenge and overcome obstacles.
