Robal is a Human Resource Information System designed to reduce the HR workload. It puts talent and workforce management into one single sign-on solution. Our HR Solution Software gives employers the infrastructure to retain more applicants and helps candidates find well-matching opportunities. Robal houses employee paperwork - all W-4s, I-9s, and custom paperwork. Our intuitive Q&A process guides candidates through the steps in approximately 7 minutes. Through Robal candidates can upload their own identification documents, vaccine records, forklift licenses, TIPS certifications, etc. Customers of Robal can have company specific documents and WOTC is built in to the system and can be managed. Use our payroll system or yours to finalize payroll. From the employee side, our system is a 1 stop shop for employees. Employees begin their lifecycle journey here with their tax forms, managing their W4s and other documents and/or licenses as time goes on. Employees can change or add additional payment methods, communicate with HR and Payroll through the portal. Robal, or LABOR spelled backwards, has thought about each facet of the employee life cycle and brought a solution to both parties that is efficient, solves real problems and brings an immediate Return on Investment (ROI).
