Centrally based consultant specializing in color management, workflow integration, press calibration and print quality management. Provide thought leadership, guidance and training services to designers, premedia firms, printers/convertors, along with consumer product companies, retailers and quick service restaurants (QSR) for 30+ years. Currently a certified PQX expert, I have also performed G7, GMI and ColorDrive/ColorHub calibrations. In addition to calibrating pressrooms to meet customer requirements, I also specialize in creating print quality management programs for brands that allow them to work more effectively with value chain partners, having leading programs in nearly 30 countries, with hundreds of brands. I have published frequently in industry magazines and have presented at numerous industry events and conferences. I am a firm supporter of industry best practices and have helped author various industry standards and specifications. I am open to flexible work situations like W4 contract, 1099 arrangements, FlexForce and project based assignments. I have a unique history in the pre-press/pre-media and packaging industry that has allowed me to build skills and strengths to serve some of the most iconic brands globally for the last 35 years. I have had success in starting and leading various color management and print quality management programs on six continents in nearly 30 countries, with hundreds of brands. I have lead color and print projects/discussions, administered global store audits (product research and competitive analysis), initiated printer optimization projects, lead press characterizations and verifications, provided data driven print quality management feedback and improvement plans, supported printers (along with their suppliers) and brand clients with press approvals onsite and remotely, conducted printer plant audits and been a dependable and innovative technical resource.
