I provide online mediation and arbitration services throughout the United States. I have conducted over 4,000 mediations (over 1,500 virtually online) and over 130 arbitrations and have mediated cases pending in every circuit and federal jurisdiction in Florida. My 43 years of experience as a trial lawyer allows me to identify the issues in any case and help guide the parties toward a resolution so that they make their own decisions and avoid the expense, delay, and uncertainty of litigation and trial. I am board certified as a civil trial specialist in Florida and nationally in Civil Practice Advocacy and as a Civil Trial Advocate. I've served on many national arbitration panels and was appointed by the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana as one of thirteen members of the Appeals Panel for the Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement, the largest settlement un U.S. history.
