We are a consulting firm specializing in helping companies in, or planning to be in, the public safety technology market. Robertson & Associates focus is around 9-1-1, computer aided dispatch (CAD), records management, and radio console solutions. Other key areas our practice focuses on include: 1) Industry Consolidation - we specialize in helping entrepreneurial companies prepare for acquisition. This entails valuation, technology vision, strategy and timing. We have also helped companies lead consolidation by identifying key strategic acquisition targets and planning and leading acquisition efforts. 2) Strategy - Our firm has years of experience in executing (not just planning and powerpoint) go to market strategies for public safety technology solutions. 3) Education - We are encouraging, speaking and helping plan the adoption of new network models to improve the delivery of emergency dispatch for first responders.
