Since 1968 Robertson Forwarding Company (RFC) has provided our clients with logistical solutions in the areas of warehousing, distribution (Air & Ocean), and supply chain management. The conception of Robertson Forwarding Company came from the entrepreneurial spirits of Al and Joan Robertson. In 1968 the couple incorporated Robertson Forwarding Company in New York to fill a void in the field of international distribution. In the early 1990’s Joan Robertson recognized a need to make a strategic change to keep RFC on the cutting edge of the global logistics field; Hence in 1992 RFC opened its doors in the emerging port of Miami, FL. "I witnessed the change in the economic landscape of the import/export business and the rapid development of US distribution from the South Florida area. In the 90s it became of paramount importance for a shipper to have a strong presence in the Miami area." -Joan Robertson RFC’s locations allow optimal service to Central/South America, the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We have strategically placed agents through-out the world, to facilitate the effective and timely movement of freight to even the most complex shipping destinations.
