(RAS) is a DBE/MBE/SBE/SEDB certified professional services firm that provides a wide range of surveying, engineering, and construction management services to government agencies, utility companies, infrastructure, and private development, including engineers, architects, developers, and contractors. Our predominant services are aerial photography, aerial survey and mapping, and photogrammetric mapping, as well as land surveying. Our expanded UAV fleet allows us to provide services such as aerial inspections and live streaming video in addition to aerial imagery, photogrammetry, 3D modeling, and thermal imaging. RAS has its own photographic laboratory, digital and analytical mapping systems, and networked CADD platforms making it a fully integrated mapping facility. Our greatest achievement is delivering over 85 years of excellence in meeting client needs and expectations. We have successfully completed over 20,000 projects of varying size and complexity for clients such as Port Authority of NY&NJ, NJ Department of Transportation, NJ Turnpike Authority, NJ Transit Corp., MTA NYCT, NYCDEP, PSEG, ConEd, and numerous local county, city, and municipal governments. Staff includes certified photogrammetrists, licensed professional surveyors and engineers, CAD specialists, and construction inspectors. RAS takes pride in its staff members and offers continuous training opportunities to maintain and advance professional certifications and technical knowledge. The technologies we use are constantly evolving. We continuously research and upgrade equipment, systems, networks, and software based not only on technical advancements, but sustainability and environmental impact as well.
