Rochester DBT Institute (ROCDBT) is a private practice providing comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) clinical services. ROCDBT is a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification™ Certified DBT Program, the first certified program in Western New York, and currently 1 of 3 certified programs in the state. Dr. Allison Mauro, the practice owner, is also a DBT-Linehan Board of Certification™ Certified Clinician. These honors demonstrate that the program and clinicians deliver comprehensive DBT with fidelity to the treatment model and commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients. The comprehensive DBT program is scientifically-based and incorporates skills training, individual therapy, and skills coaching to help patients (middle school age, high school age, and adults) and their families more effectively manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and build a “life worth living.”
