About Rochester & Elmore District Health Service (REDHS)

REDHS is a small rural health service located in the Northern Victorian town of Rochester. Situated close to the Murray and Campaspe Rivers, Rochester offers a great rural lifestyle whilst still being close to larger regional centres such Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton. REDHS is home to a 60 bed aged care facility, a 12 bed acute service including one palliative care bed and a state of the art day procedure unit. REDHS also has a large and busy primary care department, providing much needed services for our community members. Our wide array of services create many job opportunities and in fact, REDHS is the largest employer in the town of Rochester. We are also proud to be a teaching hospital, offering great opportunities to students through clinical placements, graduate programs, traineeships and work experience opportunities. REDHS offers its employees many benefits such as salary packaging opportunities, ample onsite parking and flexible working arrangements.
