In 2009 Rock Creek closed on its first opportunity fund, a $25M value-add vehicle; in 2015 Rock Creek closed on Fund II, a $60M fund targeting value-add and income producing properties; and in 2022 Rock Creek closed on Fund III, a $100M discretionary fund targeting value-add, redevelopment and joint venture opportunities in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. Rock Creek currently invests capital for more than 250 private clients and retirement accounts and represents a variety of local and institutional clients through its affiliated companies.
