About Rock River Homes
*How it All Started* Rock River Homes is owned and managed by lifelong Virginia Resident, Corey Morrissette. Forged from a family of builders, Corey himself dug his first footing at the young age of 10 on a backhoe, and it was there his own passion took root. He started an excavation company when he was 18 and later expanded that with Rock River Homes building its first home in 2007. *Where We Are Today* Building in 37 counties throughout Central Virginia and continuing to expand, we thoughtfully apply our knowledge of real estate, space planning, interior design, land development and quality home construction to each project. We occupy a unique space in the marketplace due to the flexibility we offer to our customers regarding location and home options. We build ready to move in homes, custom homes on land our customers already own, and also offer the option to find land and then build. Customers can choose from existing floorpans or have our team design and build a home of their choosing. Rock River Homes can finance the build or our customer can use financing they select. *Our mission* To enhance the lives of people in the communities in which we build, one home, one family at a time.
