About Rock Solutions

Rock Solutions, LLC is a Kentucky-based drilling and blasting contractor with blasting licenses in Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Indiana, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Georgia. We are able to accomodate special project needs by providing drilling, blasting, hydraulic hammer breaking, and rock trenching. Prices can be quoted time and materials, hourly, or by material quantities. Rock Solutions currently employees 7 licensed blasters and 10 explosive handlers and operates 7 hydraulic track drills capable of drilling holes up to 6" in diameter and 90' deep. If blasting is not a viable option, we also provide rock removal via hydraulic rock breaker systems ranging from 1,000 - 10,000 ft-lbs. If rock trenching better suits your rock removal needs, we offer state of the art trenching methods capable of cutting 24" - 42" wide per pass up and 10.5' deep per bench. We also offer trenchers with conveyor systems capable of loading trenched material directly into awaiting trucks. Rock Solutions is a self-sufficient company capable of mobilizing and demobilizing all equipment as needed. Services offered: Quarry Operations From drilling to blasting, Rock Solutions offers complete quarry service and has the unique advantage of offering quarries a complete drill-and-shoot package. Civil Construction We have the ability to service highway and civil projects and are experienced in the construction of new highways and lane expansion projects, both residential and commercial. Utility and Plant Work We are capable of servicing utility line work in both rural and urban areas, and we can also operate on rugged and swampy terrains. We have a high level of expertise in the construction of new treatment plants and pump stations and have the ability and know-how to perform existing plant add-ons and modifications.
