Secured business loans to assist with property/plot purchases, refurbishments, business capital raises and refinancing of existing facilities (including refinancing development finance). We specialise in being fast and flexible with a friendly approach. Where possible, we try to be as fair as we can, with competitive rates and most importantly, we actively encourage repayment of our facilities.
