Phyllis Ehrlich has dedicated her life’s work to igniting businesses, transforming teams, and championing rising talent and leaders. As President of Rocket Your Potential, she is a career catalyst, author, workshop facilitator, keynote speaker and coach focused on executive development for companies and individuals navigating change. Prior to founding Rocket Your Potential, she was Group Vice President at Spectrum Reach, the $2B advertising sales division of Charter Communications, where she created and led the 500-person Client Success team, dedicated to supporting clients from Madison Avenue to Main Street. In addition, Phyllis developed and spearheaded the Spectrum Reach mentoring program and is a passionate advocate for career and leadership development. She joined Charter from Time Warner Cable at the close of Charter’s transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks, where she served as a member of the Time Warner Cable’s senior leadership team and helped drive more than $1B in annual revenue through building and transforming teams in more than 50 markets. Prior to joining Time Warner Cable Media, Phyllis was a senior member of the entrepreneurial management team of BrightLine, the first company to pioneer dynamic television advertising solutions for brands. As Senior Vice President of Business Development, she generated new business and added Fortune 500 companies, including Kellogg’s and GlaxoSmithKline, to BrightLine’s client roster. Before BrightLine iTV, Phyllis spent 11 years rising through the executive ranks at Turner Broadcasting. As Senior Vice President of Cartoon Network Ad Sales Promotions & Marketing, she forged deep and lasting partnerships with premium brands and contributed to more than 80% of Cartoon Network/Adult Swim’s annual revenues. Through these partnerships, she also helped generate millions more per year in marketing value.
