About Rockstar Leadership

For over 20 years, I've been working with leaders and executives from Fortune 500 companies such as Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Victoria's Secret and American Express. I help them with their greatest challenges such as leading through change, team effectiveness, elevating performance, and culture transformation. Rockstar Leadership started as a spark created by my love for classic rock. We use lessons from rock legends as a jumping off point for learning the skills needed to lead in our chaotic world.
