About Rocky Ridge Music
Set in the breathtaking Rocky Mountains, Rocky Ridge Music is a residential summer music education center that offers programming to musicians of all ages and levels. Rocky Ridge elevates the musician inside each of us; we enable students, from professional musicians to recreational music lovers, to learn, create, amplify, and fulfill their potential. Rocky Ridge Music offers: - Summer music camps for middle and high school students - Intensive training for college musicians - Adult Seminars We exist to elevate the musician inside each of us to the highest level through a unique, holistic approach—meeting every student where they are, helping them to learn, create, enjoy, and support music. By providing both need-based financial aid and merit scholarships to qualified students, we are committed to making world-class music education accessible. Our campus is unparalleled—17 acres of wood cabins, pines, and a mountain stream at the base of Longs Peak. The summer season on campus is at the heart of our mission to educate and inspire musicians; it encompasses half a dozen programs and runs from early June through mid-August. Working at RRM offers a rare opportunity to contribute to a vibrant and communal cultural that values contributions from diverse employees. We achieve our mission working with year-round staff, summer season employees, and deeply dedicated volunteers from the local community. Many of our summer staff are students who work as counselors to offset their tuition expenses. We have a 24/7 nursing team during our Youth camps, and a kitchen crew that plans locally sourced meals for our participants ages 10-80. Our year-round office is based in Boulder, CO.
