About Rocole Engineering

Rocole Engineering has been in operation for over 20 years and is 100% Australian owned and operated. We started out in 1997 at Port Melbourne, Victoria with only 3 employees chasing work in the mining industry. Over the years Rocole has expanded its operation and now boasts 12 employees and moved to a new larger site in Sunshine North during 2014 to increase the capabilities of the business. Rocole also acquired Acron Engineering in 2016 which has allowed the business to service the water industry by supplying custom built valves. We specialise in vertical boring, NC horizontal boring, NC drilling and NC turning. We have an array of machines to keep up with customer demand including 5 CNC lathes with capabilities up to 1.2 meters in diameter, 3 CNC mills with capabilities up to 2.5m x 1m x 1.5m, 7 axis horizontal borer, 6 vertical borers up to 2.8m diameter, 1 floor borer up to 35 tonne, 4 manual lathes up to 4.2m x 1m, we also do internal keyway slotting up to 550mm in length, as well as operate with a 35 tonne overhead crane. We also offer an urgent breakdown service if required.
