Founded by Darol Rodrock in 1981 — and acquired by his son, Brian, and sons-in-law Jeff Gifford and Jeff Reglin in 2019 — Rodrock has always been dedicated to helping families find a place to call home. It’s by design that an authentic, family-centered approach is the cornerstone of our locally owned and family-operated business. We grew up here, raise our children here and actively participate in the communities where we live, work and play. All of this experience is thoughtfully and intentionally incorporated into the planning of our communities and homes. For nearly 40 years, we’ve passionately aligned our business practices with this mission while expanding to accommodate the area’s needs.
