About RoeCo

Established in 2000, we are a local Central NY, family & women owned restaurant group. We currently own & operate the Brasserie Bar & Bistro, Emerald Cocktail Kitchen and 1331 Food Shoppe. The Brasserie Bar & Bistro is a European inspired bar and restaurant with delicious local flavor and a neighborhood ambience. The "Braz" is located in Camillus NY and serves up delicious food, unique drinks and hosts fun community events. Emerald Cocktail Kitchen is a three floor roof top bar and restaurant that will provide a variety of cocktails, food and experiences to the Central New York area. We will offer trendy seasonal cocktails, local wines & beers, shareable plates and decadent desserts. Parties will be able to reserve our second floor lounge for private events of up to 50 guests, or a portion of our rooftop for a happy hour and hors d'oeuvres of up to 40 guests. Additionally, ECK will house the 1331 Food Shoppe, which will provide grab-and-go food selections and event catering. The ECK company principles of sustainability, celebration, inclusion, empowerment and service are fundamental to each of their personal and professional endeavors. Emerald Cocktail Kitchen will open in spring 2023 and aims to become a staple in the CNY area where guests come to celebrate all occasions.
