About Roger Mahler Photography

I have been a professional photographer since completing the Professional Photo-Imaging program at Langara College in 2001. With an eye for detail and a love of great lighting, I strive to create innovative and unique images for my clients. My photography work is a mixture of portraiture (individuals and groups), advertising, product photography, architectural photography, and event photography. In my work I am fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph diverse groups of people from all walks of life. Whether I am working with an auto mechanic from BCAA or a BC Supreme Court Justice, I treat everyone with respect, attentiveness, and my trademark goodhearted sense of humour. Most people are nervous about having their photo taken, but I find that my affable nature and unpretentious professionalism work together to make my subjects as comfortable as possible. I believe that photography is a collaborative process, and I work with my clients to ensure that the photographs I deliver meet their goals and exceed their expectations.
