rogue-designs is an artistic interior architecture studio based in Oxfordshire, with over twenty years’ experience delivering thoughtful, detail led design across residential and commercial sectors. Founded in 2001 by Charlotte Holmes and Paul Turner, the practice offers a cohesive blend of architectural design, interior architecture, bespoke furniture-making, and landscape schemes. Our work is characterised by fairness and respect at every level. We listen carefully to clients, consultants and craft specialists, ensuring each perspective informs a considered design response. Creative problem-solving is driven by a firm analytical foundation: academic research, feasibility studies, technical analysis and precedent reviews underpin our proposals. Sustainability is integral to our ethos. We pursue low impact materials and construction methods, often incorporating reclaimed elements and specifying low embodied carbon alternatives. We regard environmental responsibility not as a constraint, but as an opportunity to craft enduring, beautiful spaces. We are experienced in sensitive interventions - such as listed building extensions and conservation area renovations - as well as contemporary commissions including artist studios, light filled modern homes, social interiors, and educational or commercial work.
