Our variety of CNC Machines and Manual machines allow us to be efficient when machining the relativity simple components as well as the very complex components. We have an extensive amount of machinery available to mass produce your product. Our team has decades of experience to aid in the streamlining of your project, whether it’s recommendations for ease of manufacturing, fixturing or assembly, we’re here to help you. We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. Rohmec holds quality in the highest regard. We measure our parts with confidence using equipment that is calibrated annually by a third party and we utilize different methods of measuring to cross check our excellence. To ensure precise metrology and eliminate human error, we have 2 CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) to qualify and verify machining accuracy. These are critical in meeting today's tight tolerance machining, traceability and detailed reporting in any industry. Our largest Zeiss CMM is in a separately controlled climate room and is capable of measuring to within .000047” (1.2µ). Our shop floor Zeiss CMM is used for daily production runs and is capable of measuring to .00009” (2.4µ). Many of our customers require their product to be zinc phosphated. This is a chemical treatment of the part in order to protect threads and to inhibit oxidation. We have 2 separate phosphate lines in order to accommodate the smallest of parts to large bulky parts. Our daily titration (quantitative chemical analysis) ensures your product meets industry standards.
