At ROICO we want to make a difference for the people that paint our world. We noticed the challenges that painters are facing - tough working conditions, an increasing labour shortage, low margins, little to none productivity gains throughout the past decades, and increasing costs. So we set out to develop a solution that would empower people. A solution that enables people to work healthier while improving productivity and strengthen margins. We work on a collaborative painting tool inspired by robotic technology. It works alongside painters, boosting productivity, reducing physical strain, and tackles the growing labour shortage. We focus on ease-of-use with a plug-and-play design for increased mobility and flexibility. We are committed to creating the best collaborative solutions wherein expertise and technology are combined to make everyone's life better. Naturally, we do not do this alone.
