Rollin’ Studios was founded in late 2010 as a small production company based out of Greenpoint in Brooklyn serving as an extension of the studio company Broadway Stages, originally created to give a helping hand to New York based film students to find locations, crews, actors and more. Some of the film schools that Rollin’ Studios has helped since 2010 are the TISH Program at NYU; the New York Film Academy; the School of Visual Arts and amongst many others. Since 2010, Rollin’ Studios has expanded greatly amongst many fields within the film and television industries of New York City. Now serving a wider audience than just students, Rollin’ Studios has committed itself to excellence with a peerless service to its customers may they be students or striving independent filmmakers. Rollin Studios has been, since its inception, working its way towards becoming a unified film studio serving micro-budgeted films and larger independent filmmakers with a “one-stop-shop” business model where any given client savors the ease of locations, equipment, props, auto, post-production and more all under one roof — While at the same time, the studio develops, co-finances, produces and aids in distributing original, thought-provoking motion pictures for a global audience. Always focusing on original content with an eye to new stories, Rollin Studios supports new filmmakers and the belief that they should be given the opportunity to unravel their story’s potential in an uncompromising way.
