Roly's Fudge have been creating handmade fudge using traditional methods for over 30 years. It is the UK's leading fudge franchise with 40 shops across the UK, and has established a following all across the world. Roly’s began in 1987 when the founders decided to make homemade fudge in their farmhouse cottage kitchen. They decided to use natural ingredients whenever possible, and that it should be made with only traditional methods. Using a large copper cauldron obtained from a Devon antique shop, they followed an old family recipe to make the first batch of traditional vanilla clotted cream, using lashings of Devon butter. Since then, we have proudly stayed with this traditional methods; all of our shops use traditional recipes to make fresh fudge every day, handmade in full view for you to see. We aim to use the finest quality ingredients at all stages of the cooking process. The Roly’s Fudge Pantry format, established over twenty years ago, is a unique small business concept which allows franchisees to manage and run their very own fudge pantry. With this format, Roly's Fudge started from a single shop in Devon almost thirty years ago, with several outlets opening across the South West over time. In the past five years have begun to broaden across the entire country. Our Roly's Fudge franchise family is made up of persons from all backgrounds, from students to families.
