About Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern North Carolina

Ronald McDonald House of Eastern North Carolina is an independent, community supported 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides a temporary “home-away-from-home” for families of children who are receiving treatment in our community’s medical facilities. Our Houses offer physical comforts and emotional support designed to promote the well-being of the whole family. This House not only keeps families close when they need each other most, but increases the ability for families to spend more time with their child, interact with their clinical care team and participate in critical medical care decisions. As one of seven Ronald McDonald Houses in North Carolina and one of more than 360 worldwide, we are happy to open our doors to families of pediatric patients receiving treatment in area medical facilities. Patients receive no medical attention or treatments at the House. Ronald McDonald House is nondiscriminatory and non-sectarian.
