Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mississippi improves the well-being of children and families through programs that give comfort, compassion and care. Current funded Programs include: • Ronald McDonald House -- Located in Jackson, Mississippi on the campus of University of Mississippi Medical Center, the House serves as a home-away-from-home for families who have critically ill children receiving treatment at metro-area hospitals. With a total of 16 bedrooms/baths; four kitchens; two laundry rooms; a play room; library; and numerous family areas, Ronald McDonald House provides comfort, compassion and care. • Community Grants – Through funding projects that focus on health and/or education initiatives, we use the expertise of our volunteers and the network of friends we’ve built over the years. Thus, we improve the well-being of children not only in Jackson, but across the entire state of Mississippi. We appreciate your participation, discussion and feedback on this page.
