As a small Accounting and Advisory Firm, our main focus is to provide the following services: For our smaller clients: - Start to Finish cloud based accounting & advisory services to allow small business owners to deal with their actual business. - Our focus here is to develop and implement accounting and administrative structures that allows business owners from the start to adhere to relevant accounting/statutory/SARS requirements with the end result being compliance without complaint. For our bigger clients: - Generally in these instances we look to provide a ad hoc financial management service. - This could entail a variety of services and we have assisted clients with matters such as completing audits, implementing control structures over certain departments, training of staff or even full migration to new accounting systems. - The service is generally more hands-on with the focus being implementing structure in line with managements needs and would entail on-site work combined with remote work. - This is also what we call the "Health Check" service for the bigger clients, where they already have the relevant infrastructure and we simply review the process on a regular basis. Report Writing: - Preparation of Annual Financial Statements. - We also assisted smaller clients with understanding and developing their own internal reporting requirements, whether through using and learning from built-in system reports to developing more custom reporting requirements.
