Roof Rats will also install "bird-netting and bat-proofing" in the eaves of the roof, and along the wall lines of a building in order to control a recurring animal and bird infestation problem. Roof Rats will also remove the dust, dirt and rubble left behind from building, building repairs, plumbers, electricians, alarm technicians and roof insulation installations. Roof Rats will also remove old roof insulation material to prepare your ceiling for a new installation of thermal material. Roof Rats can also deal with feral cat problems and other rodents like squirrels - we use only humane trapping methods Roof Rats will also "power-wash" your roof on the outside to clean off old bird droppings and clear any blocked guttering.
