WHO WE ARE Roofing Solutions LLC is a commercial and industrial roofing contractor located in Hickory Hills, Illinois that has been serving Chicago and the surrounding communities since 1992. We are a full-service roofing contractor and provide services from emergency repairs and roof maintenance all the way up to roof recovery and full-scale replacement. Our work focuses on the roofing needs of existing, flat structures. We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the roofing project; from the initial survey and analysis, to the transparency of our crew at the jobsite, to the walkthrough with the manufacturer at job completion for issuance of the industry’s most meaningful guarantees. HOW WE DO IT We can install / repair all of the major roofing system types with the highest quality in the form of replacement systems, recovery systems, restoration options, or repairs. These systems include: Conventional “Built-Up” Roofing (BUR), Modified Bitumen “Built-Up” Roofing (APP / SBS), Thermoplastic Single-Ply Roofing (TPO / PVC), Thermoset Single-Ply Roofing (EPDM), Liquid Coating / Restoration Systems, and Sprayed Polyurethane Foam. We also use infrared technology to build custom solutions, some of which have saved our customers over 30% compared to replacement. At every level of the project, our goal is nothing less than to amaze. From our initial survey to the final inspection of the completed roof with the manufacturer, our Customer’s experience is Priority #1.
