Each one would be designed on the fly and usually by someone with no roofing knowledge. The result was chronic leaks and structural failure within 3-7 years. In 2002, Bruce invented the Modular RoofScreen System and launched the company with 3 clearly defined objectives; make it easy and fast to install, stock the parts for quick delivery, and make it leak proof.
