About Rooftop Solutions DFW

Our goal is to bring you peace of mind. Owner Dustin Reiling was hired into the roofing business as a salesman in 2000. He was promoted to project manager in 2002 and helped the company service hail and hurricane claims in Minneapolis, Denver, Chicago and Palm Beach, Florida. After a short stint owning and operating a restaurant in 2005-2007, he was immediately scooped up by another roofing company to help them write estimates and negotiate hail claims. During his time with the new company he wore every hat in the industry. He developed and implemented a customer service program, hired and trained sales reps while simultaneously continuing his duties negotiating claims as well as running a production department. In 2015 Dustin relocated his family to Dallas TX area in order to help a recently developed branch of the company build and manage the sales force. After 22 years in the industry, it was time to take a leap of faith and step out on his own. Because of his involvement in every aspect of the industry, it was a natural progression to branch out on his own and build his own brand of roofing company. Dustin's passion is for helping homeowners through the sometimes scary and confusing process of filing an insurance claim. He loves to see the final product of a home restored and a satisfied customer on the other side. That's how he developed his mission statement below and launched Rooftop Solutions DFW...problem solved.
