About Rookwood BuildingGroup
Founded in 1984 by Larry Sims, Rookwood Homes began out of the art of translating dreams into dream homes. Custom design is part of every Rookwood home, as Larry uses his architectural design background to personally create designs to his homeowners' specifications. Over the years, Rookwood has designed and built traditional, transitional and contemporary homes, ranging from 2,800 to 20,000 square feet... each with meticulous attention to style, character, livability and enduring architectural appeal. Today, the family-honored tradition of artistry and detail-minded creativity continues under the leadership of president Brian Sims.
