Room 1520 features crystal chandeliers throughout, a lush secret garden perfect for photos, a silver gilded antique bar with custom marble top, street level access and abundant street parking. We also include a choice of crystal chiavari chairs or wooden crossback chairs, round and rectangular dining tables for 8-10 people, cocktail tables and curated lounge furniture. And the best part...a huge, sun filled dressing room with en suite powder room, perfect for getting ready with your friends and family, enjoying brunch and taking photos on your big day! The venue is owner operated and we are always working to improve the space and to give our clients the best service and value. This year we opened The Justine, a little jewel of an event space inside of Room 1520. The Justine is a sexy bijou space perfect for small gatherings and comes with a fully stocked bar and furnished with velvet everything. Also new this year, we offer our own top shelf bar packages! No more hassle of hiring a third party to supply libations and bartenders. We take care of all that now for you.
