Our mission is to guide individuals through the journey of finding and securing safe, stable homes. We provide essential services including financial assistance for initial housing costs and ongoing support to maintain stable living situations. Additionally, we offer temporary residential care for those with medical or behavioral health needs but without stable housing. Employing a scattered site housing model, Rooted Life ensures each residence is fully furnished, creating environments conducive to healing and recovery. Our commitment to these causes has established us as a beacon of hope and support in the community. Rooted Life focuses on progression, foundation and connection. We do our very best to meet people where they are, and encourage them to develop their skills and abilities, so they may live the best life possible.
