RootedSparks was inspired by watching our children, one in college, one in middle school, and one in elementary school, navigate an ever-changing world. In numerous conversations with parents, educators, and mentors, a clear theme emerged. While traditional education does a great deal, it can’t always cover the life skills young people need to thrive. RootedSparks is our effort to start early. To help children gradually build the tools that will carry them through a future defined by constant change and growing complexity.
